What is an affiliate?
Affiliate is someone who advertises a product or a service of a certain Advertiser on the Internet by placing a link on his site pointing to the Advertiser's one. It could be a banner, a text link or a graphic picture of the product. In exchange for that, the Advertiser rewards the Affiliate depending on the achieved results (clicks, brought customers - leads, orders - sales). These bonuses depend on the affiliate program the Publisher has joined.

What is an Affiliate program?
Affiliate programs are amongst the most effective ways to make money with your website. You receive money depending on the results achieved for some period of time. You get your advertising links from your Advertisers pointing to their sites. These ads can be banners, text links or some graphic image. After placing the ad on your site, you observe their activity through the report pages in Lidango.com application. Depending on the selected affiliate program you can receive commissions for clicks, leads and sales.

What types of affiliate programs are available?
Depending on the desired results the Affiliate programs are as follows:
  • pay per click - the Advertiser pays for unique clicks
  • pay per sale - the Advertiser pays for completed order (fixed fee or a percentage of the amount of the order)
  • pay per lead - the Advertiser pays for a registered customer

    How the affiliate programs are working?
    The process flow is described below :
    1. The Advertisers decide what type of commissions they will offer to the Affiliates and begin their Affiliate Program in Lidango.com
    2. Customers apply for Affiliate Programs and the Advertiser has to approve them after reviewing their sites
    3. The approved Affiliates get the tracking code for the selected advertising links
    4. The Affiliate places the HTML code of the ad on his site
    5. A visitor on the Affiliate's site sees a banner or a text link of the Advertiser and clicks on it. The clicks are registered in Lidango.com
    6. The visitor is redirected to the Advertiser's site. There is an unique Affiliate ID in every advertising link stored on the visitor's local machine as a cookie.
    7. If the visitor makes an order on the Advertiser's site, the Affiliate receives a commission registered in Lidango.com
    8. After completing the order, the Advertiser has to approve it from his account in the application
    9. The Affiliate logs into his Lidango.com account and sees the approved transaction and the corresponding commission
    10. When the Affiliate reaches the Minimum Payout specified by the Advertiser, Lidango.com pays the Affiliate's commissions registered till that moment.
    How much will it cost me to join Lidango.com as an affiliate?
    The registration of new Affiliates is FREE.
      
    How many affiliate programs can I join?
    There is not a limit on how many programs an Affiliate can join. There is not a limit on how many advertising links an Affiliate can place on his web site.

    How can I join an affiliate program?
    All you have to do is to sign-up at Lidango.com as an Affiliate, find the avdertising links you want to place on your site and apply for the programs of the selected Advertisers. All that can be easily done with the use of Lidango.com user interface.

    What Lidango.com offers to me?
    Lidango.com gives you the opportunity to join the Affiliate programs of the Advertisers. One of the most important features Lidango.com is offering to you is the detailed statistics of your transactions (clicks, leads, sales).
    What commissions will I receive from the Advertisers?
    The gained commissions depend entirely of the Affiliate program you have joined. If the Affiliate program is pay per click based, every click will be paid.
    If the Affiliate program is pay per lead based, every lead will be paid.
    If the Affiliate program is pay per sale based, every sale will be paid.

    How can I see the approved transactions?
    With email and password every Affiliate can log into Lidango.com and check his/her transactions' status.
    Every transaction has 4 types of status :

  • Not Approved - the transaction is not approved by the Advertiser
  • Approved - the transaction is approved by the Advertiser
  • Rejected - the transaction is rejected by the Advertiser
  • Paid - the transaction is paid by the Advertiser


    •  At the end of each month the approved transactions get paid to the Affiliates.

    How to get the tracking code of the ads and place it on my site?
    After joining some Affiliate program you have to get the HTML code for the advertising links. There is a generated HTML code for every advertising link with your unique Affiliate ID. Get the HTML code and place it on your site without changing anything.

    How can I see my revenues?
    After logging into your Lidango.com account with email and password, you can see your Balance at the top right corner of the screen.
    Account - this is the Affiliate's account in the corresponding currency. The money in the account are gained by the Affiliate and he/she can receive it when the amount of money reaches the minimum payout specified by the Advertiser.
    Approved transactions - this is the approved amount of money for the last month. At the end of each month that amount of money is paid to the Affiliate.
